Tanggung Jawab
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any significant changes in client health to supervisors.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutritional intake as per care plans.
- Facilitate social engagement and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
- Adhere strictly to medical protocols, safety regulations, and infection control standards.
- Accompany residents to medical appointments and assist with medication reminders where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing support, or a related healthcare role is highly preferred.
- Recognized certification in Healthcare Support or Nursing Aide training is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, gentle, and empathetic disposition.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to speak local dialects is a plus.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to handle mobility assistance and transfer tasks safely.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
- Valid certification in First Aid and CPR/AED is desirable.
