As a Care Planning & Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive care plans from scratch, utilizing your assessment skills to identify risks, needs, and goals for each client. You will conduct thorough risk assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement tailored interventions. Additionally, you will monitor the effectiveness of care plans and adjust them as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

In the quality assurance aspect of your role, you will design and implement quality improvement initiatives, audit processes, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. You will analyze performance data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to enhance service quality. Your expertise will ensure that our services consistently exceed expectations.

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in care planning or quality assurance. Kualifikasi
