Tanggung Jawab
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including feeding, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any clinical observations to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment within the ward to prevent cross-contamination.
- Support the multidisciplinary team in executing individualized care plans for patients.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care activities.
- Assist in the transfer and positioning of patients using appropriate manual handling equipment.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their stay.
- Participate in clinical huddles and departmental meetings to improve patient care standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a recognized Healthcare Support Certificate.
- Prior experience in a hospital or community care setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to care for others.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English and common local languages/dialects to communicate with patients.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of reliability and teamwork.
- Must be fully vaccinated against infectious diseases as per Ministry of Health guidelines.
