Tanggung Jawab
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to healthcare professionals
- Assist with medication administration as per healthcare provider instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient care activities and observations accurately and promptly
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Support patients with nutritional needs and meal preparation
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant or Healthcare Assistant preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare, caregiving, or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate compassionately
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and assisting patients
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring
- Clean background check and negative drug screening required
