- Proactively identify and source high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networking.
- Conduct thorough interviews and competency-based assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles and organizational cultures.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
- Provide expert career coaching and professional advice to candidates, assisting with resume optimization and interview preparation.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and shortlisting to offer negotiation and successful placement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly performance KPIs and revenue targets within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market shifts to provide consultative insights to both clients and candidates.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with local labor laws and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or professional sales is highly advantageous.
- Possession of a Certificate of Intermediaries (CEI) is preferred (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals at all seniority levels.
- A resilient and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professional grooming and a consultative approach to business development.
