In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the ‘Adapt and Grow’ initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG), supporting Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians (PMETs) in navigating their career transitions.
As a Career Consultant, you will provide personalized guidance, identify skill gaps, and connect high-potential candidates with growth opportunities. This is a hybrid-work role that offers a blend of professional autonomy and collaborative team engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide one-on-one career coaching and employability advisory services to PMETs.
- Assess individual career goals and align them with current market demands and the 'Adapt and Grow' initiative.
- Actively source and match candidates to suitable vacancies within our partner network.
- Conduct professional workshops on resume writing, interview techniques, and personal branding.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, government grants, and training programs.
- Track and document candidate progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize recruitment strategies and placement success rates.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, career coaching, or HR talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore job market and WSG initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining team productivity.
