Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Level 3 application support for CargoWise platform, resolving complex technical and operational issues
- Configure and customize CargoWise modules to optimize finance and logistics workflows
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with clients to implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Train and mentor junior support staff on advanced CargoWise functionalities
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and feature implementations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CargoWise application support (Level 3 preferred)
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, customs brokerage, and freight forwarding
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex ERP and logistics systems
- Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- CargoWise certification or equivalent logistics software expertise
