Mobil123 is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Carsentro Area Manager to oversee and optimize operations within the Kebayoran Lama region. As a leader in the automotive digital marketplace, we are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between digital strategy and physical automotive retail excellence. You will be responsible for driving site performance, managing key partner relationships, and ensuring that our 'Carsentro' ecosystem delivers a premium experience for both sellers and buyers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve operational KPIs and sales targets for the Carsentro location.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with automotive dealers and partners within the assigned territory.
- Monitor daily site operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and vehicle presentation.
- Analyze market data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to local staff to ensure consistent brand delivery.
- Collaborate with central marketing and product teams to implement region-specific promotions and digital inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and quality standards across all business units.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in regional management, automotive sales, or retail operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian automotive market and dealer network ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Jakarta Raya area and work under pressure to meet targets.
