ConnectOS is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAS Lead I (US Financial Advisory) to join our rapidly growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional with a deep understanding of US GAAP to take on a leadership role, all from the comfort of your home office. In this work-from-home setup, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Client Accounting Services (CAS) team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial data, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and leading a squad of talented accountants. Your expertise will directly contribute to the strategic financial decision-making of our prestigious US clientele.
Work Setup & Benefits:
- Location: Work From Home (Philippines)
- Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (4:00 AM to 1:00 PM PHT)
- Salary: PHP 90,000 - PHP 100,000 Monthly Package

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CAS associates to ensure high-quality service delivery for US-based clients.
- Oversee the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review complex financial statements, workpapers, and reports in accordance with US GAAP.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for multiple client entities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounting queries, providing advisory support on financial best practices.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster professional growth within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, specifically within a US financial advisory or public accounting firm.
- Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity is highly preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, audit procedures, and internal controls.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, CaseWare).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH setup with a reliable internet connection and a conducive home office environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
