Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients and families
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans
- Provide culturally sensitive counseling and family support services
- Coordinate with community agencies and service providers
- Maintain accurate case documentation and progress reports
- Advocate for client rights and access to resources
- Monitor intervention outcomes and adjust strategies as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum 2 years relevant case management experience
- Strong knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Cultural competency and sensitivity training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Crisis intervention and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Singapore Association of Social Workers registration preferred
