Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain client case files in compliance with FIDC regulations
- Coordinate with distribution partners to ensure accurate application processing
- Conduct compliance audits of documentation and policy submissions
- Resolve case-related inquiries from distribution agents and internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement case management procedures for new distribution channels
- Generate compliance reports for regulatory submissions and internal audits
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on policy updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in case management or compliance support
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's insurance regulatory framework
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
