In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our High Net Worth (HNW) clients, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience throughout the policy lifecycle.
You will be responsible for managing complex insurance portfolios, coordinating between internal stakeholders and clients, and ensuring that all administrative processes meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end insurance case processing for High Net Worth clients with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
- Serve as the dedicated liaison between clients, underwriters, and financial advisors to resolve case-related queries.
- Conduct thorough reviews of application documents to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy guidelines.
- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing applications, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Handle complex documentation, including underwriting requirements, medical disclosures, and policy amendments.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the case management workflow and propose process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain high-level data integrity within the CRM and policy administration systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in life insurance, wealth management, or related financial services.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, specifically tailored for High Net Worth individuals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with insurance administrative software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and risk assessment.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
