Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for clients across diverse healthcare settings
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams including nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment protocols based on evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Conduct client assessments and evaluate service effectiveness
- Facilitate communication between clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in case reviews and quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy
- Valid professional license to practice in Malaysia
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in allied health
- Certification in case management or healthcare coordination preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience with electronic health records and documentation systems
