In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records by managing incoming payments and performing complex account reconciliations. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately post and apply daily customer payments to the appropriate accounts in the ERP system.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all cash receipts are accounted for.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, or unapplied cash balances in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and organized records of all financial transactions and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the Collections and Billing departments to ensure seamless accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare regular financial reports detailing cash application status and outstanding balance summaries.
- Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure data integrity and compliance with financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Xero).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot numerical discrepancies quickly.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
