Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and apply high-volume customer payments accurately and within established timelines
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies through detailed research and reconciliation
- Manage unapplied cash accounts by identifying proper allocation and applying payments to outstanding invoices
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts receivable to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Generate reports on payment trends, variances, and cash application metrics for financial analysis
- Collaborate with sales and billing teams to resolve payment-related inquiries and disputes
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in payment application workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or cash application roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with high-volume payment processing and reconciliation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies
