Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily cash transactions and ensure accuracy in all financial dealings
- Process payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers
- Maintain detailed and organized financial records and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Reconcile cash registers and bank accounts to identify discrepancies
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support financial audits
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and security in cash handling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in cash handling and financial record-keeping
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations
