Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash operations including receipts, disbursements, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate cash records and prepare regular cash flow reports
- Monitor bank accounts to ensure optimal liquidity and minimize idle funds
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash transactions promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Coordinate with accounting team for seamless financial reporting
- Support month-end closing processes and audits
- Implement and improve cash management procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cash management or accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
