Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle returns or exchanges.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all shoppers.
- Assist customers in selecting products and answering product-related questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area at all times.
- Perform daily cash balancing and reconciliation of the register.
- Keep accurate records of daily sales and cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and reliability.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS software.
