Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze daily cash positions and forecast short-term/long-term cash flow requirements
- Monitor bank accounts, reconcile transactions, and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare detailed cash management reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with banking partners to optimize services and negotiate fees
- Support liquidity management through short-term investment strategies
- Implement and maintain cash management policies and internal controls
- Collaborate with finance teams to align cash activities with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and treasury management tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of banking products, FX markets, and cash pooling structures
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
