Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with their inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout counter, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Handle daily cash float management and prepare accurate end-of-day reports.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and security protocols.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a calm and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or cashier role is preferred.
- Strong numeracy skills and high attention to detail.
