Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments while maintaining secure cash drawer procedures
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store maintenance
- Upsell products and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales
- Operate and troubleshoot POS equipment, reporting technical issues promptly
- Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-day reports
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
