- Process cash, credit, and installment payments accurately using POS systems
- Manage daily cash register reconciliation and reporting
- Handle workshop-related transactions and unit sales documentation
- Assist with arisan group payment collections and record-keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout interactions
- Maintain organized workspace and secure cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer payment inquiries promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 1+ years of cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
