Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately using various methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Handle cash transactions, including making change and balancing the cash register at the end of shifts
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing
- Assist with inventory management by reporting stock levels and discrepancies
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experiences
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer skills and willingness to learn POS systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively during busy periods
