We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to handle daily transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. As a cashier, you will be the face of our store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving complaints
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods while maintaining accurate records
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store appearance as needed
- Participate in regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier or retail experience is a plus
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using POS systems or willingness to learn
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
