You will also assist customers with inquiries, process returns and exchanges, and help maintain a well-organized sales floor. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately ring up sales and process customer payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets and assist with inventory stocking as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail customer service role is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Must possess integrity and reliability when handling money.
