Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately using cash registers and POS systems.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and accuracy during daily cash counts and end-of-day reconciliations.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, or account statuses.
- Prepare official receipts, invoices, and necessary financial documentation in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and retail area.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer billing concerns promptly.
- Adhere to strict safety and security protocols regarding handling of funds and sensitive information.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong numerical proficiency and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and POS equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume transactions with patience.
- Willingness to work on a full-time basis in Cagayan de Oro.
