Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments while maintaining strict cash reconciliation procedures.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with bagging purchases and maintaining a tidy and organized checkout area.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle returns, exchanges, or refunds as necessary.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure stock availability and store operations run smoothly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/SPMV or equivalent qualification is required.
- Basic mathematical skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment and handle pressure.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail is an advantage but not strictly required.
- High level of integrity and honesty when handling money.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
