Your duties will include processing sales, reconciling cash drawers, and assisting with customer inquiries. - Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions securely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked checkout area
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking and shelf rotation
- Ensure all transactions are compliant with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in related field preferred
- At least 1 year of cashier or retail experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong basic math and numerical accuracy skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Customer service orientation with a positive and can-do attitude
- Trustworthiness and integrity in handling cash and sensitive information
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
