- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring precise change and receipt issuance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and answering menu-related queries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting counter area at all times.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with the baristas and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor front-of-house inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role within the F&B industry.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to handle transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with POS software and basic computer operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic.
