- Receive payments from patients and visitors for various hospital services and products
- Generate official receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems efficiently
- Verify payment methods and ensure compliance with hospital financial policies
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries regarding payments
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies

Kualifikasi

- Previous experience in cashier or customer service role is preferred
