- Accurately process all customer transactions using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Ensure the accurate handling of cash, making correct change, and balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Greet customers warmly, provide friendly and efficient service, and assist with any inquiries or issues.
- Scan products efficiently and accurately, ensuring correct pricing and promotions are applied.
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area, including shelves and display units nearby.
- Assist customers with bagging their purchases and offer help with carrying items when needed.
- Promote company loyalty programs, special offers, and store promotions to customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong basic mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and helpful attitude.
