Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment methods with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area throughout the shift.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Assist in inventory management by tagging products and updating stock levels.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong numeracy skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new POS software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
