Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout interactions
- Manage daily cash drawer reconciliation and transaction reports
- Assist with merchandise stocking and store organization
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness of checkout area and surrounding zones
- Support inventory management through stock verification
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
