Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS/EDC systems
- Provide excellent customer service during checkout and product inquiries
- Maintain secure cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation
- Organize checkout area and ensure cleanliness of workstations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle customer returns and exchanges per company policy
- Report discrepancies or operational issues to supervisors
- Upsell products and promotional items when appropriate
