- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
- Manage daily cash operations including petty cash and reconciliation
- Issue receipts and maintain transaction records for audit purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout and payment processing
- Monitor point-of-sale systems for operational efficiency
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and basic customer inquiries
- Balance cash registers at the end of each shift
Kualifikasi
