Tanggung Jawab
- Ring up sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure the correct change is provided to every customer.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area at all times.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile sales reports at the end of each shift.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company guidelines.
- Upsell products or promote loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
