- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm greetings and efficient checkout experiences
- Balance cash registers and prepare daily financial reconciliation reports
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and transactions
- Maintain organized and secure cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with F&B and retail teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
