Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Greet customers, provide product information, and resolve inquiries promptly
- Balance cash registers daily and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain organized checkout areas and assist with stocking shelves
- Perform price checks and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Contribute to store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated hardworking attitude and determination to meet daily targets
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
