Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently process all POS transactions across multiple payment systems
- Actively promote and upsell promotional products to increase sales
- Operate point-of-sale equipment with accuracy and speed
- Balance cash registers and reconcile daily transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Maintain organized checkout area and merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all security and cash handling protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and payment processors
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and trustworthy with cash handling
- Basic English communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia fluency required)
