Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining strict adherence to cash handling procedures and security protocols.
- Monitor and manage canteen inventory levels, ensuring products are restocked and displayed attractively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic canteen environment at all times.
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service to students, parents, and school staff.
- Assist in preparing food items or packaging them as required by the menu.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or canteen operations is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy with financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
