Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, checks, and electronic payments while maintaining strict cash reconciliation and audit trails.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Keep the cashier station organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and merchandise organization.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle money with 100% accuracy.
- Familiarity with POS software and basic computer operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and store policies.
