- Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions at the checkout counter
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Assist customers with locating products and providing information about promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring proper operation of all equipment
- Perform basic cash handling duties, including cash drawer management and reconciliation
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding transactions and customer interactions

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
