- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding products, and provide excellent service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform end-of-shift cash balancing and reconciliation duties.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe checkout area.
- Support inventory management by checking stock levels and assisting with restocking.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience working as a cashier or in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions precisely.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
