Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage cash operations, including daily reconciliation and secure handling of funds
- Issue detailed receipts and maintain transaction records for auditing
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and problem-solving
- Handle returns/exchanges according to company policies
- Ensure checkout area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation tasks
- Adhere strictly to cash handling procedures and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations and cash handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with POS systems (training provided)
