Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods while maintaining accurate records
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic office equipment
