You will handle cash and card transactions, manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, and assist in inventory management. We are seeking a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle high volumes of transactions while maintaining accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a retail/customer service role.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with POS systems is a plus).
