Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict attention to detail and cash reconciliation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries regarding products and pricing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area at all times.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as scanning stock and identifying discrepancies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Cashier or in a retail sales role.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.
- Proficiency in using computerized Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
