Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and check payments with strict adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile sales reports to ensure accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Collaborate with the retail team to support inventory management and stock organization.
- Monitor for potential errors and alert management to discrepancies immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
