- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product inquiries
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and store premises
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
