In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring they experience a seamless and pleasant dining journey. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch service, and your role as a Cashier is crucial in maintaining that standard.
Your primary responsibilities will involve processing a high volume of transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) systems. You will handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments with absolute precision, ensuring every transaction is recorded correctly. Beyond the register, you will greet customers with a warm smile, answer inquiries, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a cohesive team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to locals and tourists alike.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit cards, mobile wallets, and other payment methods with strict attention to detail.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile sales reports at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy workstation and service area.
- Assist with answering phone inquiries and taking orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless table service.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a cashier or retail role is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
